Adam Wagner
I love creating something from nothing. Creativity has always been my strongest character trait. I can do anything that I put my mind to, which means that I'm one of those lucky people that gets to do what they love doing. And not to brag, but it is my website so why not, I'm a nationally recognized photographer living in Springfield, MO.
My Style
My philosophy is simple, "whistle while you work." Have fun with work and life and everything else. It's so easy to get caught up in the big things and miss all of the wonderful little things. My dad taught me to work hard; life has taught me to enjoy the work.
How I got started
I've been using a camera since I was in high school. The first time I picked up my Nikon F50 I knew I had found something special. The beauty of photography is that every time you take a picture, you are capturing a small moment in time. For a moment time stands still.
Where I'm from
I grew up in Vermont. Well, maybe I should say that I went to High School in Vermont. I still haven't quite grown up. I've gotten older and a lot wiser, but in my heart I'm a kid. I've lived all over the country and I've shot photography from California to North Carolina. I'm trying out Missouri right now and then thinking about grad school in New Zealand…
What I'm doing
This is an easy one. I'm currently pursuing an Electronic Arts degree at Missouri State University.
What I've done
I've been really lucky to have the chance to do a lot of different things. I've won awards for some of my short films, did the photography for Jessica Alba's wedding (no not The Jessica Alba), and most recently I worked with Bob Garner filming a docutainment that is scheduled to be released nation wide.
